Our team conducts flexibility analyses (pipe stress analyses) for all your piping in thermoplastics, (glass) fiber-reinforced plastic, and steel, in accordance with existing regulations. We take into account the requirements from the design, ensuring that a well-designed system aligns with regulations. Due to our integrated approach, we strive to find the best design for your piping and pressure equipment.
For your pressure vessels and storage tanks, we can perform all the necessary calculations, both for new construction and for repair and fit-for-service. This can be done in accordance with the applicable standards for new construction, as well as through general finite element analyses, for example, for dented tanks. Additionally, we create the required drawings for your pressure equipment.
For selecting a pump or determining a pipe diameter, we can conduct pressure drop calculations. This can involve a single pipeline or an entire piping system, such as an underground fire suppression system. In order to investigate dynamic behavior, we also perform water hammer calculations.
